DESCRIPTION

Aged in an oak barrel, which gives it a unique aroma and taste.

In the production process of our brandy, we age the fruit mash from six months to 5 years.

After aging, the drink is diluted with mineral water using the osmosis method, bringing the alcohol level to 39-45%.

High-quality strong alcoholic drink based on fresh ripe apples from Malkia kibbutz in Upper Galilee, crushed and double-distilled, then aged in an oak barrel for a minimum of six months. The drink contains 41% alcohol. Free from flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or yeast.

Kosher under the supervision of the Hermon Regional Council.

Kosher for Passover and year-round.

The drink has a Grand Smith apple aroma and a slightly sour-sweet taste with a hint of oak barrel.
