Plum Pear Brandy, 39.5% alcohol, 2017
High-quality strong alcoholic drink based on fresh ripe plums and pears from Malkia kibbutz or Beit Hillel moshav in Upper Galilee, crushed and double-distilled, then aged in an oak barrel for a minimum of six months. The drink contains 39.5% alcohol. Free from flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or yeast.
Kosher pareve under the supervision of the Hermon Regional Council.
Kosher for Passover and year-round.
