Plum and Pear Brandy – Kosher Fruit Distillate from Israel

Produced using the basic traditional schnapps production technology: fresh ripe plums and pears, supplied by farmers from the Galilee and Golan Heights, are crushed and pressed, then double-distilled using the traditional method. After this, they are sent for aging in oak barrels to obtain a unique aroma and taste.

In the production process of our brandy, we age the fruit mash from six months to 5 years.

After aging, the drink is diluted with mineral water using the osmosis method, bringing the alcohol level to 39-45%.

The drink is considered a strong alcohol and can be diluted with water, soda, juice, or used in various cocktails.
