High-quality alcoholic drink based on fresh ripe apricots from Malkia kibbutz or Beit Hillel moshav in Upper Galilee, crushed and double-distilled, then aged in an oak barrel for six months to five years.
The drink contains 42.6% alcohol. Free from flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or yeast.
The drink has an almond aroma and a sweet apricot taste with caramel and a hint of oak barrel.
Kosher for Passover and year-round under the supervision of the Hermon Regional Council.
