Strong alcoholic drink based on fresh ripe citrus fruits from Beit Hillel moshav in Upper Galilee, crushed and double-distilled, then aged in an oak barrel for a minimum of six months. The drink contains 40.5% alcohol. Free from flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or yeast.
Kosher pareve under the supervision of the Hermon Regional Council.
Kosher for Passover and year-round.
The drink has a citrus peel aroma and a sweet, slightly bitter taste with a touch of barrel astringency (bitter taste with slight tingling and roughness) and a hint of oak barrel.
