The guava brandy-type alcoholic beverage is produced using the basic traditional schnapps-making technology: fresh ripe guava fruits from farmers in the Galilee and Golan Heights are crushed and pressed, and then twice distilled using a traditional method. After this, they are sent for aging in oak barrels to acquire a unique aroma and taste.
In the process of producing our brandy, we age the fruit mash for half a year to 5 years.
After aging, the beverage is diluted with mineral water using osmosis, bringing the alcohol level to 39-45%.
The beverage is considered a strong alcohol and can be diluted with water, soda, juice, or used in various cocktails.
