Produced using the traditional basic schnapps production technology: fresh ripe fruits from farmers in the Galilee and Golan are crushed and pressed, then double-distilled using the traditional method. After this, the distillate is infused with fruit essence for at least four months to achieve the unique bitter taste characteristic of this drink.

This drink is considered a strong alcohol and is used as an aperitif before meals, promoting improved function of the pancreas and digestive system.
