Bitter Peppermint – Natural Israeli Herbal Liqueur, 40% Alc (2023)

Mint Bitter 40% alcohol 2023 vintage, 100 ml

Produced using the basic traditional schnapps production technology: fresh ripe mango fruits from farmers in the Galilee and Golan are crushed and pressed, then double-distilled using the traditional method. After this, the distillate is infused with herbs and extracts for several months, which give the drink additional flavor and aroma.

The alcohol content in the drink is from 40% to 50%. A dropper is included for easy mixing and adding to other drinks.

This drink is considered a strong alcohol and is used as an aperitif before meals, promoting improved function of the pancreas and digestive system.
