DESCRIPTION

The production process for our gin liqueur starts with a gin based on pomegranate or citrus fruit, which has already undergone two distillations and one more through a basket with our unique blend of 12 spices.

To this wonderful gin, we add crushed fresh ripe forest berries and plum juice with fruit sugar for a four-month infusion.

Some people compare the resulting unique drink to the famous Sloe Gin. However, its production process is different, and as mentioned, it is entirely based on fresh and ripe fruits from the farmers of the Galilee and Golan Heights.

Unlike regular gin, this drink is sweet and contains significantly less alcohol, so it is considered more of a gin liqueur than a gin.

Sloe Gin (Wild Plum Gin) 20% alcohol 2025

An aromatic alcoholic liqueur based on fresh, ripe wild sloe plums from the Upper Galilee, which are double-distilled, then passed through a spice basket and seasoned with no less than 12 different spices including juniper berries, pepper, coriander seeds, angelica root, allspice and more in a secret recipe, and then citrus peels and natural fruit sugar are added, giving it a unique sweet taste. The drink is produced without flavorings, dyes, preservatives, or yeast.

The drink has a rich aroma of juniper berries, plums, and spices. And a taste of sweet and bitter juniper berries and plums.

Kosher, pareve, under the supervision of the Hermon Regional Council.
