An alcoholic beverage based on ripe oranges from the moshav of Beit Hillel in the Upper Galilee. The oranges undergo double distillation using a traditional method and are then aged for a minimum of four months in natural orange extract, giving the drink its distinctive citrus aroma and balanced bitter taste.
The beverage contains no flavorings, colorants, preservatives, or yeast.
