Vermouth aperitif based on pomegranate distillate that passes through a spice basket in a unique blend including clove, sage, cardamom, nutmeg, rosemary, and marigold flower, and is then infused with juice and pulp of orange, lemon, cherry, apple, fig, plum, pear, white strawberry, black strawberry, red strawberry, which come from farmers in the Galilee and Golan Heights, for a minimum of 4 months. The drink is produced without flavorings, dyes, preservatives, or yeast.
The drink has a rich aroma of coniferous trees and a bitter taste with the tannin of pomegranate and the sweetness of apple, pear, and pomegranate.

The drink has a prominent aroma of juniper berries with a background of spices: allspice, angelica, and clove. Rich, woody flavor with bitterness and astringency (and tannins) from pomegranate peels.
