Vermouth based on fruit distillate that passes through a spice basket in a unique blend of nutmeg, cardamom, lemongrass, hibiscus, a bit of clove, and is then infused with carob juice, which comes from spice shops in the north, for a minimum of 4 months. The drink is produced without flavorings, dyes, preservatives, or yeast.
Kosher, pareve, under the supervision of the Hermon Regional Council.
Kosher for Passover and year-round for legume consumers.
The drink has a rich aroma of carob and a bittersweet taste of carob fruits.
