Vermouth based on a citrus distillate passed through a spice basket with a unique blend of spices—cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom—and infused with dates and citrus fruits (lemon, orange, pomelo, grapefruit, clementine, mandarin, fruit with peel) from Yiftach kibbutz in Upper Galilee for at least 4 months until achieving a bitter taste, making it a perfect pre-meal aperitif. The drink is made without flavorings, colorings, preservatives, or yeast.
