Vermouth Tzafon – Kosher Vermouth from Israel, 35% Alc (2023)

Carob Vermouth 35% alcohol 2023 vintage

Produced using the basic traditional schnapps production technology: fresh ripe fruits from farmers in the Galilee and Golan Heights are crushed and pressed, then double-distilled using the traditional method. After this, the distillate is aged with spices, medicinal and aromatic herbs, the composition of which is unique for each drink. This way the distillate acquires special taste and aroma, and is then infused with fruit essence for at least four months to achieve the unique, characteristic bitterish taste of the drink.

Our unique vermouth was developed by Valentina Levinski - Ph.D. in Forest Chemistry from the Technion, partner and founder of the company "Aroma Valley", which works with natural products, food additives, and medicinal herbs. She is responsible for the recipes and production process of our unique vermouths.

The drink is considered a strong alcohol and is used as an aperitif before meals, promoting improved function of the pancreas and digestive system.
