Olgar’s unique arak is made from fresh, ripe pomegranate distillate sourced from Galilean farmers. It undergoes an additional (third) distillation through a basket of spices and is flavored with aniseed, pepper, coriander seeds, star anise and more, giving it a unique taste. The drink is produced only with natural flavoring ingredients, without preservatives or yeast.
